Responsibilities:
Effectively read and follow blueprints.
Assess materials needed to plan ahead for fabrication and sequencing of tasks.
Quality management of finished product.
Record keeping and documentation as required.
Keep a clean and organized work environment.
Operate light machinery such as saws, grinders, sanders, drills, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Strong ability to accurately read tape measure.
Experience with hand and power tools.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Knowledge / experience in fabrication would be considered an asset.
Basic mechanical and math skills.
