Overview

We’re a small business that needs a mechanically inclined problem solver with customer service skills. We are a small business with construction, welding and fabrication capabilities, and we sell marine trailers. Ideally, this job would be awarded to customer oriented person with light fabrication skills (or better). This would help with problem solving and allow for the candidate to handle small manual tasks when called upon. Estimating jobs, helping with projects, and eventually managing accounts will allow us to grow and develop new roles for you and the company.

You would flex helping with customer walk-ins, phone calls, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and walk-ins
  • Help with basic trailer sales and repair needs
  • Deliveries and inventory activities
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Must be able to work in a shop environment safely

Skills

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
