Calta Construction is hiring an experienced Aluminum Welder/Fabricator Supervisor to oversee our fabrication shop that supports our Marine Division, a full-service dock construction company. Calta’s Marine Division provides the design, management, permitting, and construction of residential docks and commercial marinas throughout BC and AB.
We are looking for an experienced and talented Aluminum Welder/Fabricator Supervisor to help us build custom, high-end aluminum docks and marinas.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 5 years experience as an aluminum welder/fabricator
- Red Seal Welder and CWB Welder qualification strongly preferred
- Supervisory experience a must
- Experience reading, understanding, and following working drawings a must
- Must be able to work independently and manage production schedules
