Precision Welding Solutions has been in business for 18 years. We specialize in producing high quality products for several industries; primarily working with stainless steel.
We are looking for a team member who is reliable and motivated, an individual who would like to develop a career in the welding trade. The right candidate must take pride in the quality of work they do, and be able to pay close attention to detail. Training will be provided for you to become a competent TIG welding craftsman / woman.
Requirements:
-have an interest in welding, fabrication, and / or machining
-willing to learn
-excellent written and verbal communication skills
-ability to read and follow instructions and procedures
-ability to be very accurate when cutting and marking out dimensions
-follow safe operating procedures for all equipment
-ability to read and interpret blueprints
-would be an asset if the candidate has completed a basic welding course; or has some experience; but it is not necessary
Duties:
-assembly of small components
-cut material on band saw
-clean and deburr parts for welding
-bending, drilling and grinding
-inspect completed work for quality standards
-will train to learn TIG welding
-eventually the option to learn to operate a manual mill and lathe and CNC lathe

Part-time hours: 30-40 per week
