Overview
Highwood Machine Tool fabricates and manufacturers custom equipment and machinery for a diverse group of industries. As a fabricator at Highwood, you will be responsible for the following:
– Review customer supplied drawings to effectively and efficiently fit and weld components.
– The applicant must have fitting experience and will be required to pass a test prior to employment.
– Operate basic hand tools and necessary equipment.
– Use standard measuring equipment to ensure parts meet our quality requirements.
– FCAW, SMAW, GMAW, and GTAW welding processes.
– Assist with regular shop duties as required.
– Candidate is expected to be punctual and reliable regarding attendance.
– Follow Highwood’s quality and safety programs diligently.
