Overview
CSM is currently looking for a CWB Qualified Welder/Fitter capable of structural welding (FCAW & SMAW) that can successfully pass quality inspection. The position will include, but not limited to structural miscellaneous steel Platforms, Ladders, Handrails, Grating, Pipe Supports, Misc. Vessel & Tank Work
The successful candidate must be able to read structural detailed drawings and weld symbols, as well as take direction to complete a project.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to work as a team, and express a positive attitude
- Torch/Plasma cutting various materials
- Prepare jigs & assist in bracing preparation for welding
- Capable of operating cutting, punching, saw equipment
- Fit up & weld members in accordance with the company’s safety & quality policy
- Ability to weld stainless is preferred
- Operate overhead crane safely
- Operate Forklift
Experience – 3 Years minimum, must be CWB Certified
Additional Overtime Pay where applicable

Salary: $27.00-$34.00 per hour
