WELDER/ FITTERS

Dynamic Millwrights is a full-service company located in Listowel, Ontario, with extensive expertise in

agricultural, commercial, and industrial millwrighting and fabrication.

Dynamic Millwrights Inc. is looking for practiced welder fitters to join our team. Job responsibilities

include:

• Lay out, fit, and fabricate metal components to assemble structural forms, such as machinery

frames, and pressure vessels, using knowledge of welding techniques and engineering

requirements.

• Tack-welds or welds components and assemblies
• Inspects grooves, angles, or gap allowances, using micrometer, caliper, and precision measuring

instruments.

• Removes rough spots from workpiece, using portable grinder, hand file, or scraper.
• Welds components in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions.

Qualifications:

• Previous welding experience required
• Able to communicate clearly both verbally and written
• Strong mathematical applications
• Proficient reading blueprints, drawings and diagrams
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Able to work efficiently as part of a team, as well as independently
• Ability to work with changing and tight deadlines
• Current CWB tickets considered an asset

Working Conditions

• Must follow all OHSA and Company health and safety policies and procedures
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50lbs
• Manual dexterity required
• Frequently noisy working environment
• Overtime as required
• Able to remain standing for long periods of time
