Job Description:
We are looking for a leader with 5+ years of experience in Fabrication. The Foreperson will also have an excellent safety background and strive to provide a safe work environment for their team.

The position will be based out of Sherwood Park, AB. This position is a night shift Monday – Thursday.

What would you be doing?

Provide supervision to multiple crews and services.

Prepare, monitor, and facilitate project schedule with operations team to ensure buget and timelines are met.

Estimate and manage project labor and material requirements.

Establish, implement, and oversee site safety plans and quality control measures,

Manage resources to maintain and enhance critical equipment performance.

Does this sound like you?

Have Journeyperson Welder Certificate.

Have B Pressure Ticket.

Experience with Stainless.

Have 5 years of experience with multiple projects in fabrication.

Proven leader who can motivate people and maintain effective relationships with clients and team.

Have valid safety tickets such as CSTS, Standard First Aid, and WHMIS

Schedule 4 10-hour shifts. Potential OT.

Benefits after 300 hours worked.

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of a drug and alcohol testing.
