Overview
Technician I – Welder / Hardfacer for Bits and other Drilling Tools.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- Minimum Six months of Experience Welding and/or Hardfacing PDC Bits or other Drilling Tools.
- TIG Welding Experience.
- Acetylene Torch Experience.
- Ability to read Prints / Processes.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow QMS Guidelines and Procedures.
- Follow HSE requirements.
- Manufacture Products and Components to Specifications and Prints
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
- Use variety of Equipment and Welding Processes.
- Operate Shop Equipment such as Forklift, Kiln, Compressor, Blaster.
- Lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and / or carrying of objects weighing 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to move to other operations as required.
- Ability to stand for 8 or more hours a day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
