Welder/Helper
We design, manufacture and install a complete line of custom awnings for both commercial and residential.
Welder should have a basic skill of welding, will train right person, Beginner welder would be great for this position
Job Description
- Reads and interprets shop drawings
- Welds in flat, horizontal, vertical or overhead positions.
- Examines weld for bead size and other specifications.
- Must be familiar with welding ferrous and non-ferrous materials
Equipment to be used:
- MIG welder
- hand grinders
- hand tools
- measuring tools
- belt sander
Be able to work independently and produce results
Possess and maintain current drivers license, reliable transportation is a MUST
Strong verbal and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Welding: 1 year (Preferred)
