Welder Helper / Service Technician Helper

Waterloo Manufacturing is a boiler sales and service company and is the only Authorized Cleaver Brooks representative for all of Ontario. We are currently looking for a Welder / Service Technician Helper to join our Waterloo Service team.

Responsibilities

· Respond to scheduled service calls with a Welder / Service Technician

· Complete detailed onsite service report, authorized by onsite customer contact before leaving the site and submit to service manager upon return to Office

· Update service manager after each closed call

· Share job knowledge and experience with coworkers as required and provide feedback when requested

· Comply with Health and Safety Regulations and Training

· Adhere to each customers company Safety Policy

· Present a professional and courteous manner in adherence to the company Code of Conduct with both customers and co-workers

Requirements

· Relevant work experience

· Driver’s Licence – clean abstract

· High School Diploma

· COVID-19 vaccinations
