Positions Available:
Welder I, beginner ($15.50)
Welder II, requiring minimal guidance ($17.00)
Welder III, needs no guidance, mentors I and II associates ($18.50)
Supervisor: Shop Manager
Job Duties (but not limited to):
- Fabricate custom and standard products from blue prints with great efficiency
- Communicate with shop manager and engineering on problem solving and streamlining methods for products
Minimum skills required:
- Proficient in MiG welding sheet metal products
- Capable of blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Individual must be a self-starter and need minimal guidance on daily task.
- Must be quality oriented with strong attention to detail
- Individual must possess a working knowledge of equipment with respect to preventive maintenance and control settings to obtain maximum efficiencies
