As a Welder you will be responsible for:
Under minimal supervision, expert/professional in performing EB welding applications within one or more of the various work teams.
Performing visual and in-process inspections in accordance with API and ISO quality specifications.
Identifying acceptable and non-acceptable weld conditions in accordance with weld specifications.
Performing welding as specified by work orders, blue prints, sketches, etc.
Helping facilitate the team in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and solving welding problems that enhance through-put within the work team.
Supporting the team and team’s objectives.
Training team members in the field of welding and or proper tooling set ups to achieve repeatable positive welding results.
Required to pass periodic welding tests and qualifications in compliance with qualification procedures as well as meet the physical requirements of setting up, welding and breaking down various weld fixtures.
Candidate will be required to pass an eye exam in accordance with Welder Qualification guidelines specified by a member of the QMT.
Programming and or editing programs / operating CNC equipment.
Knowledge of setting up and performing manual GTAW type welds is required.

To be successful in this role you will have:
High School Diploma or equivalent diploma.
Have 5+ years’ experience programming and operating CNC equipment.
Ability to perform visual and dimensional in-process inspections.
5+ years’ experience in direct relation to any facet of qualified welding.
Have some knowledge or the desire to learn manual lathe / mill cutting operations.
