We are a metal fabricating company in Ajax looking for an Experienced Welder – Jr Forman whose operational role will be supervising, coordinating and scheduling the activities of the shop employees. This is a hands-on position and therefore must have experience in welding and all fabrication process. We are experiencing considerable growth therefore applicant must be experienced in setting up the increase production flow.
- Production is time sensitive.
Full time position Mon-Fri 8 -5, with Saturdays when required.
1. Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the facility and oversee all production, manufacturing, quality control, shipping, and health and safety
2. Review established production schedules and ensure inventory levels are met
3. Ability to work in a team environment and be both a team player and team leader
4. Must have experience in welding and designing Silencers / Mufflers / Tanks
5. Must have the ability to read Mechanical drawings
