Role Summary:

Responsibilities & Requirements: Responsibilities:
Complete welding work according to operation instruction;

Respond and deal with abnormal production line quickly;

Daily 5S and related equipment maintenance;

Wear relevant protective equipment according to safety protection requirements;

Carry out relevant heat treatment operation according to heat treatment operation instruction or process documents;

Cooperate with engineer to complete new product trial production and welding procedure qualification test;

Finish the work assigned or assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
Technical secondary school or above

More than 3 years experience in semi-automatic / full-automatic MIG welding and argon rich mixed gas shielded welding, able to read mechanical drawings

Welding / inspection experience of cast steel pipe fittings.

Welder certificate issued by quality and Technical Supervision Bureau.

Good team spirit and initiative

Preferred Experience / Skills: Preferred:
Second level NDT qualification issued by quality and Technical Supervision Bureau is preferred.

Knowledge of welding procedure qualification procedure, experience in similar work is preferred.

Post weld heat treatment is preferred.

PT and MT related certificates are preferred.

More than 2 years welding experience in mechanical manufacturing or valve industry is preferred
