POSITION PROFILE

Performs bronze-aluminum cutting and welding for furniture units.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Metal cutting/prepping/welding:
Product completion per Production Schedule

Meet all critical product characteristics and dimensions.

Maintain work station clean, organized and safe.

Use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required.

Maintain the time sheet accurate and on time.

Observe all company policies and standard practices.

Participate on all required continuous improvement activities

Required Skills

Reading and understanding product specifications.

Proficient using equipment and hand tools such:
Grinder

Bench saw

Band saw

Drill press

Comfortable working in a fast paced team environment while managing multiple projects.

Strong attention to detail and flawless results.

Ability to communicate with multiple levels within an organization and be a team member

Required Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent (GED), or work experience which demonstrates performance competency

2+ years previous experience of metal cutting and welding:
Tig welding

Braze welding
