What We Offer:
Weekly pay.

Starting Salary: $16-$19 per hour with a 90-day performance review.

$50 gas stipend through August.

Available Schedules:
Monday – Friday, 5A – 3:30 PM (currently working OT).

Responsibilities:
Ability to demonstrate his/her skill level in welding of mig/tig process.

Maintain production requirements.

Complete paperwork, and inspection logs accurately and on time.

Responsible for all kan bans.

Fabricate, repair, and build manufactured parts, equipment, and tools.

Use of various measuring devices as necessary for verifying dimensions, hole locations, etc. of parts.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Experience 2+in a manufacturing environment.

Experience 2+in a welding role.

Ability to read and understand work instructions.

Mathematical aptitude.

Position Requirements:
Standing, walking, and running; repetitive movement; bending or twisting; exposure to sounds and noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable; exposure to contaminants and hazardous equipment; exposure to minor burns, cuts, bites, or stings; meeting strict deadlines; responsibility for the health and safety of others; and, wearing of protective or safety equipment.

Must be able to meet attendance standards. Good attention to detail.

Proficient use of hand and power tools.

Good hand and eye coordination.

Must be able to maintain a steady pace throughout the day.

Physical Abilities and Requirements:
Visual and Hearing: Must be able to see with corrective eyewear, must be able to hear clearly with assistance, wearing hearing protection.

Lifting – must be able to lift 0-50 lbs and/or greater than 50 lbs with assistance, push up to 300 lbs.
