Welder / Prepper

Pay Rate: $13-$20 per hour

Working hours: Monday–Friday 7am-3pm

Job Description:
You will be welding square steel tubing to create Bench Seat Frames & Divider
Walls. You will be Prepping Plastic Pieces by Sanding & Cleaning them. You will be
Prepping each build by gluing insulation in the walls & ceiling and laying the vinyl flooring.

Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to commute to Alva, FL & be punctual.
  • Building Metal Bench Seat Frames & Divider Walls to Exact Specification.
  • Use a Measuring Tape & Chop Saw to make exact cuts.
  • Use a Welder to weld steel square tubing together.
  • Spray Painting Metal Pieces when finished to prevent rust.
  • Remove excess Plastic off of ABS Plastic Parts using Electric Saw & Sander.
  • Prepare Vehicle Plastic Trim Pieces for Paint by Sanding & Cleaning.
  • Glue Insulation to walls.
  • Prepare Uneven Flooring with Wood & Lay down the Finished Vinyl Flooring overtop.
  • Assist in keeping shop & personal work area clean, and return all tools & materials when finished.

Skill Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience building things using tools.
  • ex. Construction, Welding
  • Ability to follow a Blue-Print and make Exact Cuts.
  • Comfortable using Power Tools (saws, drills, sanders, etc.)
