Position: Welder (salary ranges from $23.88 – $29.82)
Reports to: Production Supervision
Weld hydraulic cylinder tube, rods, and components using manual and automated welding processes
Achieve and maintain required productivity levels (efficiency & utilization)
Produce required quality and quantity of work
Contribute daily to continuous improvement
Adhere to all Safety and Health standards
Welding certificate from a recognized post-secondary or trade school
CWB Certification, or ability to become certified
Minimum of 1-year experience on MIG (Gas Metal Arc, Flux Core Arc, Shielded Metal Arc)
Additional welding experience considered an asset
Hydraulic component welding background preferred
Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic and challenging environment by effectively organizing, prioritizing, and executing tasks
Ability to work independently without direct supervision
