Overview
We are looking for someone with 2 plus years of welder and management experience to join our team as a shop Forman. Must have good communication skills and are able to read blue prints.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Must be able to communicate effectively employees
- Must be able to read BLUE PRINT
- Must be mechanically inclined- ability to use hand tools
- Must own basic hand tools-hammers/pliers/screwdriver etc.
- Supervisor is responsible for time cards for all employees
- Must be able to supervise and work with employees throughout the shift.
- Must adhere to all safety guidelines and companies policies, NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years of Welder experience
- Must have 2+ years of management experience
- A high school diploma or GED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
