On behalf of its customers, FleetGenius, manages both plastic and steel cart inventories, delivery, retrieval, and repairs, as well as warranty management and end of life recycling. FleetGenius is a paperless company, and all work actions are recorded electronically. FleetGenius Lenoir is the metal fabrication facility that manufactures waste Units.

Position: Welder Site Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: WEEKLY PAY

Payrate: $60k Yearly

Site Manager Job Summary

  • Site Manager will have a dynamic role in driving team performance and the development/management of employees and operations.
  • Site Manager will have a critical role in providing service to our customers and partners.
  • Site Manager will work closely with Area/Regional Managers and executive leaders and report on metrics, goals and other operational dynamics.
  • Directly manages a team of drivers/laborers who are responsible for the delivery, swaps, removal, repair and inventory of waste containers.
  • A typical workday begins at 7am and can last 8-12 hours.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reports all assigned operations daily and/or weekly to Area/Regional Manager and other executives.
  • Documents/records all applicable metrics in order to report on site operations.
  • Provides cross-functional communication between all necessary departments to include executive leadership, dispatch, accounting, HR, IT, safety and more.
  • Manages the scheduling, timekeeping, training and health & safety of all employees.
  • Drives team performance and cultivates a positive working environment for all employees.
  • Works closely with customers to provide quality service and improve operational efficiency.
  • Local travel is often within the surrounding area. Travel beyond the local area is minimal.
