Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Full-Time Welder to join our team in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Summary: The Welder performs duties including welding various types of materials with Mig and PTA applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for manufacturing and repair functions in the welding shop.

Fabricate downhole drilling equipment, including stabilizers.

Work with management to estimate time frame on welding jobs.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Ensure awareness of, and compliance with, relevant company/customer QHSE requirements.

Perform other duties as required by Supervisor.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) preferred.

1 year of welding experience preferred.

Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
