WELDER (EXPERIENCED) – TITUSVILLE, FL
Primary Responsibilities:
· Set up & maintain welding equipment
· Use arc welders, gas welders, and gas torches to weld together metal components and alloys
· Join together components of fabricated metal assemblies; cut, trim, or scarf metal objects to dimensions as specified by layout, work orders, or blueprints
· Assist with other functions as requested such as rough carpentry building bunks, operating a forklift to move parts or supplies as needed
Experience/Education/Skills:
· At least one year welding experience; able to pass a skills test during the interview
· Demonstrated knowledge of welding related safety requirements
· Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
Work Schedule:
- While we reserve the right to modify work schedules to satisfy business needs and honor customer deadlines, most employees work a 7am to 3:30pm schedule
- Satisfactory attendance is required
Other:
- Position is open only to current legal United States residents
- Must be able to pass a background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
