Overview
Westcan Recyclers is seeking a skilled welder/ torcher to assist the repair/ maintenance and metal processing teams. Candidate may be required to complete a wide range of tasks including torching, oxylancing, and welding. Candidate should be well versed in welding with both stick & mig applications. Gouging, grinding, buildup and hard facing required. Applicant must be able to work a varying schedule (days) that may included weekdays, afternoon as well as occasional saturdays. Journeyman ticket not required, but must have previous experience welding and/ or torching in similar applications.
