As a result of continuously growing our professional team, we have a challenging career opportunity as a Truck Driver/Shop Welder in a Tool & Die environment. Kapco Tool & Die, a division of The Narmco Group, is a key source of our die builds focusing on both progressive and tandem dies, specializing in deep draw, aluminum, ultra high strength steel (UHSS) and complex stamping dies.
Job Summary – Welding Component
- Experience with Tig and Mig welding
- Experience welding tool steel – A2, D2 4140 with pre-heat / post-heat knowledge
- Experience in fabricating using mild steel and boiler plate
Job Summary – Truck Driving Component
- Experienced DZ driver
- Ability to load and unload large automotive stamping dies and miscellaneous items to assist in local deliveries
Job Requirements
- Experience with welding, including past or current holder of any of any welding certifications, including SMAW, GMAW and/or GTAW certifications. Certification is not necessary, but an asset
- DZ license is an asset
