Triple Crown Welders are responsible for constructing a wide variety of trailers in a fast paced manufacturing environment! Ideal candidates must be able to read a tape measure accurately, use grinders, buffers, hand torches, have good dexterity and judgment, and are detail oriented.

Applicants must be willing to take instruction while learning how to weld in a fast paced environment.

You will learn how to:

  • MIG Weld
  • Use electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, tape measure, etc.)
  • Gain knowledge of relative safety standards and to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.)
  • Skillful performance and attention to detail
  • Successful completion of a relevant apprenticeship program is a plus

While performing the duties of this job, workers in any branch of welding are at high risk for injury or illness. The intense light from arc welders and other equipment can damage your eyesight, the welding tools generate tremendous heat and there’s a risk of inhaling gases or particles from the welding process. Employees can reduce the risk by following safety procedures and wearing equipment such as protective lenses and heat resistant work gloves. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee will lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Welders and cutters may work outdoors, often in inclement weather, or indoors, sometimes in a confined area designed to contain sparks and glare. In addition, they may have to lift heavy objects and work in awkward positions while bending, stooping, or standing to work overhead.

Responsibilities: Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products Install various equipment and components. Follow production specifications Calculate material measurements to verify specifications. Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance

Qualifications: No previous experience in welding, trailer manufacturing, or other related fields, but we will train. Familiarity with welding tools and procedures Ability to handle physical workload.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
