Enersion solution offers up to 70% cost saving for their entire energy bills. Job Description

As part of the Production Team, the primary function is to support the fabrication and assembly of our systems.

We want a dynamic individual who is excited to join a fast pace growing company and support our efforts in being the leading green cooling technology company. Willing to train the right person with the right attitude.

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Interpret CAD designs, drawings and specifications for machines and components
  • Installation of large-scale mechanical and electrical systems
  • Maintain and service compressed air tanks, water and exhaust ducting to robotics, pumps, presses, compressors, turbines, material-handling systems, gearboxes, and other machinery
  • Work with production team members to investigate mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems
  • Source and obtain price quotations from suppliers and prepare purchase requests
  • Complete any special projects as required

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of previous related experience is an asset
  • Familiar with hand tools and basic measuring tools
  • Willing to train
  • Exposure to lathe, mill and drill press is an asset
  • High mechanical aptitude
  • TIG Welding experience needed, MIG welding experience is an asset. (Aluminum TIG welding knowledge preferred)
  • Working knowledge of fabrication techniques (jigs, fixtures, fitting and machining)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and adaptable
  • Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask several projects at once, work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
