FULL TIME WELDERS
Need full time help for marine construction in Kingsland, TX northwest of Austin, TX on Lake LBJ. Located approximately 20 minutes west of Marble Falls, TX. Need experienced welders to replace boat lifts and performing repairs to boat docks also installing new construction docks
Must be confident working on the water installing and repairing steel boat docks. Construction job duties to include welding and installation of angle iron frames, steel posts, upper structure beams, trusses, and railing. Must be able to lift at least 80 lbs. Proven track record and experience in QUALITY fabrication and installation. Must be skilled in use of appropriate tools, drill press, chop saws, torch, plasma cutter, drills, etc. All aspects of construction including painting may be required. Must be able to work independently, professionally, and good communication skills. Will be working primarily jobsites with reliable transportation required. MUST HAVE SOCIAL SECURITY card. Certification not necessary. Bring hood and gloves if asked to interview. Pay will depend on contracted job along with skill level and experience.
