Overview
We are high end boat dock and steel erection company looking to add a experienced trades and some helpers to our team to erect steel boat docks. We are looking for people with experience reading blueprints, welding and fabrication, sheet metal roofing & skirting (R-panel), machinery operation and everything involved in erecting and finishing structures. Experience with gable and hip roofs is helpful. We are also looking to add helpers with previous construction experience to these crews as well.
We are also looking to add stick welders and welder helpers to our team work on install crews outside of new builds, this position entails working off of a crane boat installing lakeside stairs, dock additions, general maintenance, and any lake construction where we are needed.
Must not be afraid of hard work and doing whatever it takes to get the job done without cutting any corners, as well as leadership skills. Someone who will be here every day on time, sober ready to put in work they are proud of. We are currently working 48-60 hrs per week (overtime is time and a half)
Welding positions will require a weld test during interview 6010/6011 in all positions.
