Overview
We are a Oilfield Manufacturing Shop that Specializes in Designing and Fabricating oilfield equipment tailored to our customers specific needs. We build winch tractors, highway haulers, texas bed, Bed trucks and more.
The current position of welding supervisor will manage and organize all the welding crews day to day needs. As the supervisor you will be expected to be hands-on working with the crew, any onsite training necessary, and help design and lay out the necessary components in building the oilfield equipment.
The potential candidate must have experience in the supervisor role managing 6-10 employees, Journeyman ticket, experience in TIG and MIG welding. Proficient Use of Brake and Shear a definite asset.
Other Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Balance workload and assign work to team members on a day-to-day basis
- monitors work activity and quality of output of employees to ensure all products meet specific expectations
- performing light maintenance on welding equipment such as contact tips and nozzles, wire feeders and shielding gas bottles
- operate plasma cutters to cut materials by hand
- promote a safety and well-being of individual employees
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and “can-do” attitude by collaborating with others to help meet deadlines and complete required tasks
Work requirement- Monday to Friday 8-4 with opportunity for overtime as required.

Salary: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
