Overview
We are an established small custom welding company. Looking for motivated individuals to maintain current workflow needs and support the development of new projects.
Candidates MUST have at least 5 years of on the job experience:
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ability to act on given instructions with little or no supervision.
Follow verbal instructions and drawings to complete tasks.
Demonstrated experience maintaining safe work habits.
Read a tape measure and other calibrated measuring devices. Accuracy is a MUST.
Basic material prep/processing (cutting, drilling, grinding, cleaning, etc.)
Assist fabricator and other team members within the Fabrication Department. As needed to maintain a clean work space and efficient workflow.
Set up components into sub-assembly jigs and fixtures.
Perform weld-out of sub-assemblies, in the field.
This is a construction oriented job, you will not only be welding. You will run jack hammers dig holes and remove material frequently.
This position requires you to work outside, and withstand heat.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 100lbs.
Ability to safely operate vertical and horizontal band saws and chop saws with accuracy.
Ability to weld aluminum.
Working knowledge of the ARCH/MIG welding process for carbon steels.
Valid drivers license, with ability truck and goose-neck trailer.
