We are looking for a lead hand to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for , mentoring newer employees, and guiding seasoned ones all with an eye for production efficiency and safety.

Possesses a mechanical background.
Welding Skills.
Is able to manage and motivate staff.
Possesses solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrates awareness of all health and safety protocols.
Manages time efficiently.
Is able to multi-task effectively.
Pays attention to detail.
Some CAD knowledge/ Experience.
CNC plasma Experience.
Possesses basic computer skills.
Is able to read, interpret shop drawings.
Communicates clearly and effectively.
Is capable of translating industry terminology into straightforward terms for explanatory purposes.
Is qualified to operate heavy machinery.
310 T or equivalent experience.
Also required is:
Valid Drivers Licence.
Shop experience.
