Overview
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the fusing of production materials by Tig and Mig, welding mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
Understand, interpret and implement the following: various weld form symbols on blue prints, fillet forms sizes, vertical and horizontal plane geometry, various edge preps
Ensure quality of all welds by using and maintaining the proper equipment for each weld
Examine work pieces for defects; measure work piece with straightedge, tape measure, or template to ensure conformance with specifications

Requirements:
Manual dexterity for operating machinery and computers
Ability to become qualified to perform Lock‐Out/Tag‐Out procedures
Ability to independently lift, push, and/or pull up to 40 pounds
Ability to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time
High school diploma or equivalent
