Window Fabricator
AJR Marine Windows has built a reputation for over 30 years of supplying top quality windows and doors to boat builders throughout North America.
We require an energetic, detailed person to assist in the production of building windows, doors, and windshields. The position involves a variety of tasks and will give exposure to all areas of our production. This is a great stepping stone to learn about fabrication and work into a long term production bench. It is an ideal position for someone with little experience who wants to learn about the details of how to fabricate.
Job Duties:
– Loading and unloading aluminum.
– Measuring, cutting, and marking aluminum extrusions.
– Grinding, buffing, drilling and using a router to prep windows.
– Loading of finished windows and doors.
– Building parts for window assembly.
– Aluminum Welding
We are looking for someone who is a hard worker, detailed, willing to learn, and grow with our company as we prepare to expand into the year. You will have a positive attitude and be open to new challenges or learning different aspects of the business. You will be a team player working closely with others in the shop to ensure quality, production and time deadlines are met.
We take pride in the people we hire, the products we build and services we provide. No formal experience is required but manufacturing experience, construction or shop work would be beneficial. This is an ideal position for someone willing to learn a trade and develop their skills and confidence.
