Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with a vision and one that is interested in bright minds to drive business. We are looking for a Lead Window Fabricator who can demonstrate their leadership skills and manage the Vent Department. This department makes operable windows, terrace doors, louvers and sliding sashes. This department is growing rapidly and needs a strong leader.
The right individual would need to be very technical with the fabrication process but also be able to oversee the team, although, some fabrication would still be required by the individual.
Qualifications
- Experience operating equipment and power tools (drills, saws, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills is a must
- Experience cutting, cleaning, glazing and assembling of windows
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry 50lbs.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Punctual
- Good communication skills and an ability to work with others
