We are hiring skilled commercial Journeyman plumbers and pipe fitters for a long term project and career in Phoenix, Arizona. All candidates must have at least 5 years commercial experience to qualify for these positions. Here are the responsibilities and requirements that applicants must obtain to be considered for this position:
Pipe Fitter – Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Layout, assembly, and installation of commercial piping systems.
- Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, and fittings by means of welding, brazing, soldering and cementing of joints.
- All candidates must have their own tools including a turbo torch
- Read and understand blueprints and construction plans.
- Install and configure automatic and galvanized piping control systems.
Plumber – Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems.
- Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes.
- Must know how to thread, braze, and solder
- Ability to work with and install/remove pvc, copper, cast iron, pex, and cpvc.
- Must have an active Journeyman or Master license (does not matter what state it is in).
- Must have all of their own tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 – $33.00 per hour
