- 2+ years of Tesla collision repair experience (mechanical & diagnostic)
- Tesla certification required
- Able to troubleshoot and problem-solve Tesla-specific issues using supplied software and diagnostic tools
- Premium flat rates paid for all Tesla work
- Ability to properly complete light to heavy repairs, including structural work
- Above average quality focus
- High production capabilities
- I-CAR or ASE Certifications are a bonus
